Great Atlantic Resources Corp. has entered into an option agreement with Slam Exploration Ltd. to earn a 100% interest in the Mount Raymond cobalt-copper-nickel-vanadium property in New Brunswick. Under the terms, Slam must make cash payments, issue shares, and incur $200,000 in exploration spending over three years, after which Great Atlantic will retain a 2% NSR royalty.
