Tres-Or Resources announced that Type II microdiamonds, which lack measurable nitrogen and are highly desirable, dominate samples from its Guigues Kimberlite pipe in Quebec. Of 17 microdiamonds tested by SRC, 14 were classified as Type II. This positive result, along with other geological indicators, is advancing the project towards macro-diamond tests.
Tres-Or Resources has reported encouraging microdiamond recovery results from the Guigues Kimberlite in Quebec, averaging 1.6 microdiamonds per 10kg of core. The results include Type II diamonds and show strong indicator mineral similarities to the Victor Diamond Mine. The company is also currently completing a $500,000 capital raise.
