Oracle Commodity Holding to Acquire a 2% Fluorspar Royalty (USA) from CleanTech Vanadium
Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire a 2% net smelter returns royalty on several fluorspar projects in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District. The royalty includes a minimum payment of $6 per tonne of minerals sold. The underlying resource data is historical and has not yet been validated to current CIM standards.
