Titan Confirms District-Wide Germanium Enrichment as Critical Mineral Push Expands at Empire State Mines
Titan Mining Corporation announced the confirmation of district-wide germanium enrichment at its Empire State Mines property in upstate New York. A characterization sampling program revealed elevated germanium grades in both primary zinc ore bodies and historic tailings facilities, with individual samples reaching up to 85.6 ppm. While these results are exploratory and do not constitute a mineral resource estimate for germanium, they establish the metal as a widespread characteristic of the mineral system and identify priority targets for future work, leveraging germanium's status as a critical mineral with high market prices.
