Richmond Minerals Inc. has acquired a portfolio of 10 exploration properties in Austria from High Grade Metals Ltd. for a one-time cash payment of AUD $30,000. The acquisition adds 554 licenses covering critical metals (Ni, Co, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag) and gold, significantly expanding the company's total license count to 653.
