Barsele and Gold Line Announce Merger to Create Scandinavian Focused District-Scale Gold Exploration & Development Company
Barsele Minerals Corp. and Gold Line Resources Ltd. have entered into an arrangement agreement to merge, creating a Scandinavian-focused gold exploration and development company. The transaction consolidates the Barsele Project in Sweden with Gold Line's Oijärvi Project in Finland and a large exploration portfolio. Barsele also intends to raise approximately $1.0 million through a concurrent private placement.
