Heliostar Commences Open Pit Mining at La Colorada Mine
Heliostar Metals has commenced open pit mining at the Veta Madre pit within its La Colorada property in Sonora, Mexico. The company is transitioning from stockpile leaching to stacking higher-grade ore and has designed an expanded 'Veta Madre Plus' pit to target an additional 20,000 ounces of gold.
