Acquisition of Option to Buy Lepidico's Interest in Karibib Lithium, Rubidium and Cesium Project in Namibia
International Lithium Corp. (ILC) has acquired an option to purchase 100% of Lepidico Mauritius, which holds an 80% interest in the Karibib Lithium, Rubidium and Cesium project in Namibia. The project is at the Definitive Feasibility Study stage, though ILC is treating the existing resource estimates as historical data pending independent verification. The transaction's completion and the ultimate value are subject to the outcome of an arbitration dispute in Singapore.
