The program comprised six drill holes, with assays pending for the 2026 drilling. The release highlights significant historical intercepts from 2023/2024 drilling, including 5.97m at 1.92% Ni, 1.52% Cu, 1198 ppm Co (2.86% NiEq) in hole RBD004, and notes the identification of a strong off-hole conductor for follow-up.

Winshear Receives TSX-V Consent for the Option Agreement on the Portsoy Nickel - Copper - Cobalt Project, Scotland

Winshear Gold Corp. has received TSX-V approval for an option agreement to earn a 100% interest in the Portsoy Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in Scotland. Recent drilling by the previous operator, Peak Nickel, confirmed significant Ni-Cu-Co sulphide mineralization, with several strong intercepts. Winshear plans to commence a 1,000m diamond drilling program and initial metallurgical testwork in Q1 2026 to test down-dip and along strike extensions of mineralization.
