Omega grows Taroom Trough acreage 63% as Canyon oil and gas drilling continues
Omega Oil & Gas has been selected as the preferred tender for 1,138 km² of new acreage in Queensland's Taroom Trough, expanding its operated area by 63%. The company also reported progress on its Canyon appraisal campaign, noting that the Canyon-3 well intersected a 526m thick oil and gas-bearing interval.
