Antler Gold Announces Option Agreement with Prospect Resources Limited to Sell 51% Interest of Its Highly Prospective Kesya Rare Earth Project in Zambia
Antler Gold Inc. has entered into an option agreement with Prospect Resources Limited, allowing Prospect to earn a 51% interest in Antler's Kesya Rare Earth Project in Zambia. The deal involves US$3.05 million in consideration and exploration expenditures over two years. The project has yielded encouraging surface rock chip samples, with the highest assaying 0.66% TREO, notably enriched in neodymium and praseodymium, and a 1,500m diamond drilling program is planned.
