Greenland Mines has released a landmark S-K 1300 Mineral Resource Estimate for the Sarfartoq project in Greenland, marking the first time the project has achieved an Indicated resource category. The estimate includes a new 'Hybrid' scenario combining open pit and underground mining, totaling 12.2 million tonnes at 1.32% TREO.
Greenland Mines has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Sarfartoq Neodymium-Praseodymium Rare Earths Project from Neo North Star Resources for US$35 million. The deal includes Neo Performance Materials as a strategic shareholder and offtake partner for up to 60% of future production.
