Lindian Resources has entered a strategic partnership with Carester SAS to develop a rare earth oxide separation plant in Stepnogorsk, Kazakhstan. The agreement includes a long-term off-take contract for up to 20 years for heavy rare earth products and a joint Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) expected by Q4 2026.
