Rover Critical Minerals has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of the Silicon Valley Silica Project in Golden, British Columbia. The project features high-purity quartzite with historical sampling showing up to 99.9% SiO2 and is located adjacent to the Sinova Quartz quarry.
