Contango ORE and Dolly Varden Silver have entered into a merger-of-equals agreement to create 'MergeCo' (expected to be named Contango Silver & Gold Inc.). The combined entity will be a mid-tier North American producer with a portfolio including the cash-flowing Manh Choh gold mine and high-grade silver-gold projects in Alaska and British Columbia.
