Deep Yellow Limited (DYLLF) Adds to Alligator River Project With Stake in Cooper Creek JV Acquisition
Deep Yellow Limited has signed a binding agreement to acquire a 50% interest in the Cooper Creek JV from Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) for $648,000 cash. The acquisition expands the company's presence in the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province, adjoining its existing tenements and the Angularli Deposit.
