American Lithium Corp. Announces Intention to Advance Spin-Out of Macusani Uranium
American Lithium Corp. has announced its intention to spin out its Macusani Uranium Project in Peru into an independent public company following the resolution of legal matters. In parallel, the company is commissioning Deloitte Mining Technical Advisory and DRA Global Limited to complete an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment, with results expected in Q1 2026.
