Silver Elephant Mining Corp. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Robinson-Lasher zinc-germanium-gallium project in Kentucky from CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. The project is strategically located near a proposed US$7.4 billion Korea Zinc smelter and contains historical zinc mineralization with critical metal credits.
